Highly recommend Total Fire Heatherbrae. I have been their client for many years and cannot speak highly enough of the support, advice and service I have received. I was new commercial owner and no idea on expectations and managing annual fire safety reports and checks. The team in the office especially Aimee have been a wealth of information and happy to support me with all my questions. Rick has conducted my inspections and annual reporting and is so easy to deal with and explain the process or answer questions. At times my job has been complex but Rick has always been so thorough and professional and an all round pleasure to deal with. Both Aimee and Rick are exceptional and an asset to the team.

I was a little taken aback when I asked for a box of matches and he threw me out of the store.He was quite gentle though.

Great customer service and professional advise.

Don't recommend this company, try the other company. They just want money for doing nothing.
