From the moment Nanna Jen walked into our home there was an instant connection between her and our little boy. Great communication, great care given and a wonderful all-rounder. Highly recommend Jen!

Jen took care of our Rottweiler for the weekend. From the moment she arrived she formed a bond with our girl. Being a rescue dog she is often untrusting of people. Jen was patient and included our Gracie in all her daily activities. Jen is trustworthy and ensures she follows all of your pets normal routines. I was seeking a pet sitter and wanted to check initially if the pet sitter was insured, could provide references and has police checks. Jen became abrupt and very irritated that I should ask these questions, she then proceeded to block our conversation. Unfortunately she couldn’t provide any of the three I asked. Her reviews are absolutely not someone I would trust to have in my home, let alone leave my dog with her on any occasion. Im glad I did my research, reading some of her other reviews are alarming.

I am very happy with the services I received from Nanna Jen's Pet Services. Jeanette was very professional. She arrived early for both the meet and great and our pet sitt8ng appointment. My dog was very comfortable with her. I got regular updates, and Jeanette was very accessible throughout the entire time I was away. I would highly recommend Nanna Jen's and will be using Jeanette in the future.

Jen was asked to leave after 2 nights . She was caring for my mothers pets who was interstate. My mother rang me crying that this woman was having a man in her bed . Jen had asked for a male companion to sleep over and she would wash the sheets the next day . She was asked to leave immediately. We offered to pay her fairly for the 2 nights stayed , but Jen walked out and took $650 cash my mother had left on the kitchen bench for emergencies. . I have since emailed her asking her to return the money owed but instead in an act of vengeance, she maliciously rang the council and RSPCA to report my mothers pets as illegal or uncared for. Eg mum has a rooster on acreage . Which is legal but Jen reported that was in suburbia . Which is not allowed . An extremely spiteful act .DO NOT use this woman to care for ur pets ! I am now seeking police assistance for the money which was stolen

Jen has consistently provided a high standard of care to my dogs - I couldn't be happier with her service. My dogs are quite wary of strangers and she has happily worked with them, and been patient, and earned their trust. I'd have no concerns in recommending Jen to others.

Jen is amazing with our two dogs!. She was very patient with our little reactive dog and enabled him to settle. (His bark and mannerism can be off putting at the start). My boys are now relaxed and so excited every time she comes for daycare!.Reliable, on-time, constant communication and affordable!We love nana Jen’s Pet Service!

Nanna Jen has just recently looked after our dog Rusty and cat Paw Paw at our home for 10 days while we were away on holiday.Jen was very professional and from our very first meeting a few days before the holiday, it was clear to me that she loves animals!While we were away, she updated me everyday with photos and let me know how they were doing.One night our electricity went out at home and she dealt with the unexpectedness with ease and even reset the pool filter for us the next day.When we returned, the house was so clean and tidy (maybe even cleaner than when we left :-) , she had even put on a load of washing and it was in the dryer ready to be packed away.I would totally recommend Jen to anyone looking for a pet sitter, worth every cent to know your pets and home are being cared for by someone like Jen.We will definitely be using her in the future! Nanna Jen looked after our 2 puppies for 9 days. All went smoothly. We never thought this would be possible but Jen worked with them over the past 6 months and got them to trust her. She sent us daily updates and left the house in a clean state. We would recommend her to any dog owner in a heartbeat!

Jen is great with the animals, took utmost care with our dog and didn't push her to do things that she wasn't comfortable with. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals and their needs and goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and cared for.Thanks again!
