Phone reception was so helpful and efficient.Brett the technician who attended my job was professional, polite, efficient and helpful, and quick. The work was perfect. Highly recommend these guys absolutely satisfied with the service.

3 phone calls (including a voicemail) and a few text messages to Brett and I didn't get anywhere unfortunately. Initial service seemed very polite and promising with Amanda on the phone. I assume they were just too busy and didn't have time to return my phone calls. No problem if you are too busy, just let me know so I can look elsewhere instead of waiting.

Unprofessional and less than helpful. Failed to honour two appointments. On the 1st occasion received a phone call immediately prior to our agreed upon booking time advising they weren't coming. On the 2nd occasion they never notified they weren't coming and just left it up to us to chase their whereabouts. Only at that point where we told they weren't coming out. It was very apparent that our business was low priority (safe installation) and not worth their time. I wish they'd just said so upfront so I wouldn't have wasted our own. Took time off work to be available for them so very frustrating when they don't show up as previously agreed upon. No apologies offered. Recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Wouldn't do business with a company that makes it look like your phone is ringing to try and trick you into ringing them. Pick up your game. Edit for clarity: I'm referring to the mobile website that has a fake 'your phone is ringing in the bottom left corner'. If you don't intent to mislead customers then remove it

Accidently locked myself out. Called and they were here in less than half an hour.Felt bad about making them climb the stairs to my apartment, but they absolutely lovely to deal with.Recommend 100%
