I have been with Amninder and Kreative Property Group for the past 3 year and have always had a good experience with their excellent service. Amninder and his team have always been excellent with communication and timely with managing problems on the property. I have had two very challenging tenants in the past. He provided expert advice and countless work hours to managing the situation. He communicated with me every week to give me updates. The end result was a good outcome for both myself and the tenant. I normally do not post reviews, specially bad but this was the worst experience ever i had until today. Do not go to these people. They have no sense of dealing with their clients and i wonder how i can still see some good reviews on their profile. I wish i had a zero star or minus rating here. It was our first rental experience with them and now having agreement with other property group have realised us that how smoothly your tenancy can be if you are with good property agency.

We find Amninder and his whole Property Management team very approachable, knowledgeable and have their clients best interest in their hearts. Amninder explained full management process thoroughly and answered all our questions. Being the first time landlords, we were nervous but we felt at ease the moment we met him.
