EDIT: The rental team is actually amazing and will do anything possible to try and help. I just want to make that clear.The sales team, on the other hand, will do anything to save themselves a dollar and will ensure that they are the ones benefiting from any transaction (even though ironically they ended up avoiding a nice commission from me recently).Specifically, Martin, who will not provide anything in writing (literally did not even provide one written document even though the law requires it) and will only agree to something that (at the time) sounds good verbally and will never actually respond in writing.Ashor, who to be fair, was thrown in the deep end because of Martin; is happy to wriggle out of a situation and later claim it as a misunderstanding" if it looks to benefit him and his company."

I have been dealing with Ashor for over 12 years now and not once has he ever let me down.. He has developed a very professional and organised team that never fails to deliver time after time at the highest standards.Ashor's honesty, reliability, professionalism and punctuality is second to none. If you would like your bond partially taken and asked for further money on top after having a certain amount returned to your bank go to this place. Unsure if they are accurate with any of their judgement - was provided invoice which looked dodgy when asked where our bond money was going. Also no contact number of business - no results of company used when searched on google, just a invoice of $900We were also expected to live and pay all of our bills with leaking showers, taps, toilets and put up with piping issues which resulted in toilet water leaking into floorboards which we had notified the agency multiple times of - these were amended at end of lease for the next tenant. Which we had to make plenty of time for, miss appointments for and be sworn at by the strata company.I was called multiple times for the realestate conducting open houses on the days which I was moving, which I accommodated for. I had landlord demanding photos of the jobs which were done by the contractors which I guess she was given my contact details through the agency. This is definitely a disgrace. Ladies at reception were quite nice and initial property manager was also lovely. .

Charles Antwan was a pleasure to deal with and by far the easiest, smoothest and most fluid part of our entire house buying experience. Professional, knowledgeable, understanding and not pushy as well as fast, reactive and efficient with regards to all questions and negotiations.
