Bought the house and at first used this company at the recommendation of the real estate agent. Told us to replace our chlorinator which costs $1300. I wasn’t happy with the clean that they did so switched over to another pool company (despite requesting they reclean the pool via email with pics for evidence). New company said they looked after our property when it was a rental and only the screen needing replacing of the chlorinator and not the whole system which would’ve cost about $220, instead of $1300, and that they had let the previous landlord know. And that the old chlorinator was a $2500 system that was actually better for our pool. So essentially, Jindalee pool and spa recommended we pay for a whole new chlorinator rather than just the screen change. They also charged us for an O ring and lid assembly for a small leak in our tank and the new company stated this is 99% never the issue and the whole tank needs replacing - so more money spent unnecessarily.
