Australia the Gift - Australian Souvenir & Gift Store

My daughter and her friends were looking around for gifts (on 26/11) for less than thirty seconds when a blonde staff member approached them and rudely said, “If you don’t intend on buying anything, then get out”. This made it uncomfortable for the girls so they left straight away, and on their way out the staff member shouted “See, you didn’t buy anything!” (extremely rude). There is no need to pressure customers into buying from your business. I assume it’s the same blonde lady mentioned in other negative reviews, she may need to be taught customer service skills. Not good business.

Nice stuff for souvenirs to take our family back home. However, the only staff working at that moment a blonde woman was really rude. I just went to ask whether the patterns of the women’s tee were hanged on display not to unfold all of them… She just looked at me and after some seconds of silence , she gave me a look and ask with disdain.. what do you mean?? And then she just did not come to help me at all!!!!! when I was with my toddler and my father in law who is disabled… there are so many jobs in Australia she is definitely not a staff member to have there. I went Tuesday at 4 pm

Agree with the other 1-star reviews… The staff were very rude. I went up to pay for a gift for my son and the two woman were visibly mad at me for interrupting their conversation. - Probably discussing how much they hate their lives and their fat and ugly husbands. We went to the other gift store :)

Just adding my voice to the chorus of people complaining about the rudeness of the blonde lady. I had the audacity to ask her a few questions about the hats today, and received the most curt responses and evil looks. She nearly ran over me with the hat rack as well after giving me the bare minimum of notice. I see complaints about her on here go back four years, so even though management have publicly acknowledged these, they've done absolutely nothing about it. I guess when you rely on passing traffic rather than repeat business, service levels aren't top priority.

The convenience of the store is remarkable. Friendly staff. They have the best sunscreen I’ve ever used. I wish I could remember the name but it came it a white spray bottle (like a windex bottle) and it was dry touch lotion that sprayed out. If the owner reads this could you please respond with the brand name? Cheers!

Possibly the worst customer service in Noosa. A blonde woman at the cashier needs to find another job! She is rude and you can clearly see she is unhappy with her life.I was in the store with my baby in a pram and very careful not to touch anything with my stroller. Instead of seeing if there is anything she can help me with, she just gave me filthy looks waiting to see if my stroller would touch anything.When I made my purchase, she was disgruntled, didn’t offer a bag and pushed my purchase towards me. She printed a receipt, then asks me if I wanted it!? When I said Yes, she rolled her eyes.No thank you. No smile. No welcome back.We are in Noosa twice a year and we DEFINITELY WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN.

Today i shopped at the store and was served by a blonde lady who was rude and unfriendly from the moment we arrived. She looked bothered as though she did not want to be there. Maybe retail is not her thing and the owner needs to be aware of just how rude and disrespectful this woman is. She stomped past my sister and I and almost pushed my sister over. Never going back to that store!

Today I shopped at this store and was served by a very unfriendly blonde lady. I was shocked to see this unpleasant worker. From the start her unfriendliness was present. My sister and I nearly got pushed by her with a hat rack. We were shocked. As we continued shopping I felt a constant judgment and aggression from this lady. I will never ever be coming here ever again. Once I decided on my purchase she did not say one thing to me not even asking how my day has been. Instead she was chewing gum loudly with her mouth open. As a tourist I would never come back!! This is astonishing also knowing that this business is reliant on us tourists. Never again. I hope her boss reads this as this is disgusted .
