CA AutoBody recently did a relatively minor body repair on my late model BMW 118i M. I found their initial owner/staff contact friendly and supportive, work undertaken on the car exemplary and the final handover meeting, after 2 weeks, friendly and highlighting a willingness to follow up should there be any need.I believe their “shop front presentation” is highly indicative of the care and professionalism taken in completing panel repairs. I have recently been at this Service Centre for dent and front facia repair/replacement for my Black Grand Cherokee. First of all I was not expecting the CUT and Polish on my car and I am not sure how they have done it removing most of the scratches from the car which was not included in the agreement with my Insurer. I received the car so clean that it looked like if I have received it from showroom on the day though it was 10 year old. Not to mention the car was cleaned from Inside as well and it looked like steam cleaned. I recommend this Centre to anyone who wants smile on their face while receiving their car. Such a good service center. Lastly Dent and Front facia replaced as expected.

John at ca autobody was highly recommended to me buy a family friend. After taking my car there John was great to deal with gave me a timeframe of 3 weeks however my car was ready in 2 weeks witch was fantastic as its my work car. Once I picked up the car every thing looked perfect the guys done such a great job and my car was handed back to me spotless will always take my cars there for repairs from now on I highly recommend John and the team at ca autobody thanks for a great job Andy

The guys at CA Autobody are the most helpful bunch out there! A tray in my car's underbody came unhooked and started dragging on the road while I was driving to Mornington Peninsula and I had to urgently search for any Autobody shops nearby. Google showed CA Autobody, so I drove there. Even though the shop was actually closed for cleaning, when I explained my situation, the guys gave me a temp fix which allowed me to drive home safely. They didn't even charge me anything after I kept insisting on paying them.Really nice experience, they took time out of their off day to help out a complete stranger. I would highly recommend CA Autobody for their excellent and friendly customer service.

I recently had a front end insurance claim repair done with CA Autobody. Even though it took a while, (4 weeks for RACV to authorise, 3.5 weeks for repairs (parts hard to get, extra damage found)) the end result was excellent. John and the team did a great job and John was helpful and insightful during the process

I recently discovered my 2019 Kia Stinger Gt had been butchered by a previous owner trying to cover up stone chips to the bonnet and front bumper . They done such a poor job and even painted it the wrong colour .I was recommended to C.A.
