Average service for the price I paid. After receiving a Brazilian wax I was left bleeding and in excruciating pain for up to a week. The lady did not remove all my hair, defeating the purpose of a Brazilian wax, which resulted in painful ingrown hairs and a rash. The beautition didn’t not seem to know what she was doing and I felt uneasy on multiple occasions throughout the treatment. Personally I Would not recommend as I was highly disappointed with the service I received.

Genuinely the worst waxing experience I have ever had. I was shamed for my body hair, I was tag teamed and waxed by 2 different people throughout my appointment and the treatment was so poorly done that I had to epilate when I got home. DO NOT BOOK TO GET WAXED HERE.

I have just moved to Manly so reviews are important and to be honest I was a little aprehensive. How wrong reviews can be.Michelle is gorgeous, kind and so professional. I had one of the best/amazing/relaxing facials ever and that is a big call. Michelle massaged my neck, shoulders, face, arms and hands while the products did their magic. Incredible......I am a fan and I will be back. Thank you so much

Ever walk off the ferry from the City and realize you need a legwax on your way to the beach?! Dropped into Belle Isle without an appointment was was quickly taken care of :-) thanks to the staff for fitting me into the schedule. Fast, efficient service with a smile.

This place is disappointing. I will not be back. I recently had a 45min Pedicure which I was looking forward to. In the end, I couldn't wait to leave. I had an inexperienced girl carry out the pedicure. Little acknowledgment that the client is sitting in the chair. Very limited polish to choose from. Attendant spent most of the time cutting my cuticles rather than 'pampering' so much so the 45min pedi turned into 1hr. Decor is tired. Definitely not worth the money. Go elsewhere for pampering.

Michelle is such a sweet soul and made me feel super comfortable and relaxed during my wax. It was painless and I would absolutely come back here!!

*Buyer Beware*. I went to Belle Isle for eyelash extensions. I felt rushed and left with a barely noticeable difference. It looked like she only did the outer corner of my eye; it definitely was not a full or even half set. I complained and Michelle scheduled another appointment to add more extensions. I then went home and developed an allergy to the eyelash glue. My eyes were very itchy, sore, irritated, and I was blinking a lot. When I came in today to get them fixed" I asked her to take the extensions off completely as I was uncomfortable and probably allergic to the glue. She told me this is normal and did I want to wait another day. I said no

The actual salon is really quite nice, although a tad difficult to find. Unfortunately their organisation is not great, and they got my booking wrong, which would be fine if I hadn't prepaid as part of the booking process. They squeezed me in, but rather than feeling like it was a relaxing experience, I was made to feel like it was my fault that they doubke booked, and the appointment was rushed with the owner pushing for my appointment to be finished sooner to fit in the next customer with whose appointment mine clashed with. I did not get the complete treatment I had paid for, and had to prompt the manager to address this. She said that she would credit my next appointment rather than refund me. Regardless to say while it's a nice salon, this was a terrible experience. I'd happily let the business keep my credit, and I won't be returning again as I go to a salon to relax not feel rushed.

Amazing service, so quick and easy !

The lady who served me made me feel so comfortable during my waxing, she was so lovely and kind. The wax was quick, painless and well executed. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend to a friend looking to start waxing as i didnt feel uncomfortable at all! :)
