Next Level Jetskis & Bikes

We were initally grateful that Next Level could fit our ski in before Christmas, but unfortunately they used an aftermarket part in their repair without asking and when the ski started making an unusual noise we were not confident in taking it back as they had already overfilled the oil during the service, so we booked it into JSW Powersports instead and they discovered the inferior part had broken after only a couple of hours on the water. Luckily we hadn't take it out again until JSW could look at it because they said the broken metal could have gone through the motor and completely stuffed it. So after spending $815 with Next Level, we spent another $900 with JSW! We approached Next Level and asked them to refund us some money towards the 2nd bill as they had never asked if we wanted to use the cheaper parts but they refused. Sticking with JSW in the future!

Great mechanic. Honest and reliable. Prices are super competitive. Wouldn't take my bike or pwc anywhere else.

Had a part that was unfortunately defective, Mitch and the team stood by there work and replaced it without question, even went above and beyond and replaced a carbon seal that was damaged free of charge. Great people. Thanks Mitch
