Since using Pacific Springs, we have received prompt and friendly customer service, even the delivery drivers have been fantastic and so polite. Bonus that it's the best quality water as well! We originally didn't order enough at the beginning and we were a couple days out of our next delivery so substituted for a supermarket canister, it was so hard to stomach, you could taste that it was old. I now over order because the quality at Pacific springs is just that good!

The easiest company I've ever dealt with, water bottle changed over and I've never seen or heard them come but I go out to the carport and there they are. Water quality is faultless and bottles are always clean without issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Love having fresh, cold filtered water available at all times! These guys are so easy to deal with, don't really have to deal with them at all! Delivered straight to my door at the same time every month! Wish I had ordered sooner!

Very happy with these guys. Price is good and convenient service. Hired a cooler and get 8 bottles delivered per month to our home and they've been great. From the first drop off, to setting up the machine the first time (its not difficult, you just need to follow the instructions), to then dealing with their office staff, everythings been great. Will be using these guys for our business also.

Pacific Springs Natural Spring Water
These guys are great. I always wanted a water cooler for home but it sounded expensive, another friend had one and he was paying a lot for it. Found these guys and the prices are so reasonable. So happy with the pricing structure. The service I got from the guy who dropped the unit off was wonderful we had a chat about music whilst he took me through the whole process of using it. Admin side is easy and fuss free, when I’ve needed to email they respond promptly and in a friendly manner. Everything is great - pricing and service A++.

Don’t use this water company. I used them and then when moving interstate was advised to leave cooler outside with bottles by delivery driver on a set date however this message was never passed on to office staff and cooler and bottles have been misplaced or stolen however, blaming myself costing me a replacement fee for the cooler after leaving at exactly where I was informed to leave it.All I heard was excuses and blame the customer for their fault save your money go elsewhere.

Pacific Springs Natural Spring Water
My family has be using Pacific Springs 3 yrs now, prices are affordable, all staff are friendly and helpful, delivery is alway prompt and drivers friendly. Love that they remind text remind of the next order just in case we want to change the order. Love the taste of the water compared to bottled water we used to buy. Highly recommend these guys.
