Betty's Burgers
Our regular dinner stop before a movie on a Monday night. Staff are friendly and helpful. Zoe was very good tonight. Service is always quick. Not a cheap meal, but lots of options for burgers and the onion rings are good!

Really delicious burger, all food was amazing and order notes were requested (pregnancy).Zoe, front of house was very attentive, you don’t see good service often but she was great at her job. All round amazing service and food.

Not bad for the burgers but the portion was on the smaller end than expected. Was hoping the thick cut fries to be a bit more and crunchier, unfortunately it isn't.Service was good but pickup at the kitchen counter wasn't so great. The attendee had no smile and a don't care attitude.

Went to Betty’s at castle hill today , I had the crispy chicken burger and also had to get gluten free for my daughter. Was served by a young man by the name Manjaap- very helpful, respectful. Amazing service and amazing food ! Milkshake was to die for !!

Quality burgers at decent prices. You can get a burger & chips for less than $20, which is good for a gourmet style meal. The chips were hot and the burgers fresh. The tables were quite dirty when we came but overall a good placento be.

They make tasty food but unfortunately the service is awful. My meal was cold as if it had been sitting there for a while, and my friend’s meal sat there for a good 10 minutes with no attempt to by get it to her before it went cold too. She wouldn’t have got it by then if I hadn’t noticed it and asked if it was her order number.One of the staff misheard my order and when I politely asked for it to be changed for the correct item, she tried to blame me for the error and then started throwing stuff around angrily when making me what I’d asked for. She then thrusted the correct item at me which was dripping and messy with no apology or any offer to clean it up. Completely pathetic, particularly considering the premium prices they charge for what is essentially fast food.

Burger was soft and tasty. Fried onion taste was good but they were too oily as if they didn’t fried at appropriate temperature. Staff service was not too bad. Overall experience was good but they must also focus on portion size.

Nice place for burgers! #Halal meats, and they know how to prepare/ serve halal food. Staff was well aware of what items were not halal.Food was good, we had both beef and chicken burgers, both were tasty and fresh. Fries were plenty, so you can get away with ordering slightly less and share!
