Very disappointed to drive from Gawler after making a phone call first to presenting them with my remote and then being told they cannot do it need to go to a dealership. Went to mister minit and within 30 to 40 minutes I had a fully functioning spare remote key. Not that hard really. I expected more as looked very professional but got no joy here.

Bad customer service. Salisbury Locksmiths at Pooraka were unable to cut and program a spare key for my car. After unsucessfully attempting to cut and program a spare key using a after-market key blank they supplied I was told that I needed to obtain a genuine key blank and they would then obtain a code from the manufacturer to allow it to be programmed to my car. I obtained at genuine key blank at a cost of almost $200. I notified Salisbury Locksmiths that I had now obtained a genuine key blank and they said they would obtain the code from the manufacturer and they would have the code that day or the following day and they would let me know when they have it and book me in, I waited about 3 or 4 days after receiving no call and rang to ask what was going on, over the next 2 weeks I either rang or called in 4 times, waiting 3 to 4 days inbetween only to be told everytime they were still waiting for the code, the last phone conversation I was told that they could not help me and that I would need to go direct to the vehicle manufacturer. What a waste of my time! Ended up going through Alchin Security Locksmiths and 2 hours after calling them they had come to me, cut and programmed a spare key to my car and had left. Job done.

Phoned with detailed description of car key, received quote, confirmed time of arrival with car, at workshop told 'we cannot make a copy' Wasted 1.5 hours! Not a happy customer.
