I was shopping around for quotes because I thought I needed to upgrade because of the new smoke alarm laws and Ben, who replied to me, gave me instructions on how to test the alarm properly to see if they were interconnected.Every other company just told me I needed 4 new smoke alarms and their price, but Ben took the time to read the information I provided, unlike the others.They proved themselves trustworthy, honest and worth checking out.
