Cannot recommended this place highly enough. Casey is so friendly and knowledgeable, her studio had the best vibe. The salt lamps, relaxation music, complimentary water, hydration packs, towels and face cloths, Casey has thought of everything to make it an amazing experience for you, but the saunas themselves are amazing in their own right. If you have been thinking of visiting, just do it, you honestly will not regret it.I’ve also gifted people sauna sessions here and they have absolutely adored them!

By a mile, the best Saunas! Even better they are infared. Casey the host is vibrant, professional, welcoming and very friendly. I have had several saunas so far and the service never disappoints. Overall I am one very happy customer and will be returning LOTS! Highly recommend.

Casey, the owner, is pure sunshine. She is always very welcoming and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, you enjoy your time in the sauna, and you have all the information you need to gain great benefits out of your sweat sessions. From the second you walk in to the studio you will feel relaxed and you will leave feeling a million bucks. If you need to reset and have some time out for yourself I would definitely recommend popping in and trying it out.

I have visited studio 72 saunas twice now and absolutely love it. Especially on a cold winter's day. Very relaxing, clean and Casey is very welcoming. I love how it makes my skin feel after.

I had an amazing experience for my first time at Studio 72. I had such a lovely welcome, the environment as soon as I walked in was very peaceful and relaxing. The saunas themselves are state of the art and exceeding expectation. Overall I couldn’t ask for more and highly recommend Studio 72.

Everytime you arrive at Studio 72 Casey is so warm, welcoming and friendly. The saunas are always spotlessly clean and hygienic and I always feel amazing for days after a session. Highly recommend!

Last week on my birthday I was grateful to receive a voucher for an Infrared Sauna session I had yesterday. Upon entering this business, I was greeted by the owner Casey who was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease very quickly. The music playing in the background whilst in the sauna was quiet, meaning I could listen to the birds chirping outside. The Infrared sauna sessions are great for relaxation, skin rejuvenation, relieving pain, detox, fitness, and weight management.As it states on the website We wanted to create a space for local and regional people to relax
