Best Buy Lighting

I had a great experience with this company and customer support. I used the chat feature on their website to ask a bunch of questions about a ceiling fan and compatible parts for it. I was impressed with the amount of time they gave me to answer all of the questions especially because it was at the end of the work day. I purchased the items, they were dispatched within two days and I received them a day later. Great job!

Love their lightings. its affordable and modern style. Havn't purchase their products yet but soon when I am free. Great customer service and will come here again if I need more lightings!

Ordered a 3in1 bathroom heater and was sent a different model. Best Buy Lighting refused to acknowledge their mistake and want to charge me a 20% resocking fee plus the postage.l would never reccomend dealig with Best Buy Lighting.Regards, Steve

Terrible Customer Service.I ordered an IXL light 25/05/23 and heard nothing back from them. I chased & chased & chased them for updates when the light would be instore only to be told:'we don't know but will call you back with an update'.I never heard from them again after they promised to phone me back. I chased them up for the 3rd time this morning only to be told they still had no ETA.I offered to contact the supplier from where they ordered the light only to be told we can’t give that information to you.I requested to speak to the owner, they refused. I asked, when will the owner be in the shop and I'll swing past to speak to them and he didn’t want to tell me when the owner was next instore.The gentleman eventually hung up the phone mid conversation.This ladies & gentleman is how Best Buy Lighting Auburn conducts their business.

Quick friendly service. Sales staff were very helpful. Always great prices. Order in items only took a couple of days with immediate notification by text or email. I highly recommend Best Buy Lighting for all your lighting needs.

Almost all the lights in our house come from this shop! Every single time we come we get excellent, friendly service and great prices. They go to lots of trouble to get you what you want. This shop is worth the drive from the other side of Sydney. Thank you Best Buy Lighting.

Generally not one to write reviews but recently bought a lamp from the online store and was blown away by the amazing customer service I received. Very prompt replies to all my enquiries, kept me updated throughout (as the lamp I wanted was on back order), changed the shipping address for me last minute and also replaced the lamp free-of-charge after the first one was damaged during shipping. Fantastic business and I will absolutely shop here again.

Stock isn't accurate on the website. Completed an order, then get an email a day later saying the item isn't actually in stock and asking if I wanted to wait two months for it to arrive. Even after informing me they haven't updated the website to reflect they don't have it in stock. Massive bait and switch.

Great service and fast delivery - product purchased is a direct replacement for two outdoor wall fittings that have suffered from the elements! over 18 years.... When installing the replacements I will use some grease on the screw fittings to prevent the dreaded Aluminium corrosion! Thanks Best Buy - great service......
