we needed tyres on a Saturday morning, tried two other tyre dealers before finally being able to get my car done at Transwest. others were too close to closing time for them to help.had us in and out within 30mins.excellant as we needed to be in Perth for a funeral on Monday morning, and I hadn't noticed the bald tyre on car until late Fri arvo

Blew out a bearing on our camper on our way home. Most places in town booked out up to 2wks.The legends at Transwest slotted us in and had it sorted within a couple of hours.Top service, quality and pricing!

Excellent place to go for tyres. Needed new tyres on the spot for a vehicle inspection and they squeezed me in right away. Awesome staff and really decent prices.

Fantastic service replaced my spare and had me on the road in 30mins, will recommend to my travelling nomads.

Absolute joke of a business. They received payment, 10 days later they claim to have ordered tyres. 13 day go by after that and have not heard anything from them. I give them a call and they tell me that the tyres are on back order and will take a week or so to get them. I asked them when they were ordered and they said two weeks ago, that was after she put me on hold where I believe she had ordered the tyres while I was on hold. Even though during the initial quote was told could get tyres in a week as they were in Perth.I could have driven to Sydney and back with the tyres in that time period.Avoid at all costs.Deserves negative stars for review.Edit*Received two tyres, fitting balancing and wheel alignment was payed for along with the tyres which was not done. Scammed out of $100 odd dollars.

To the business ownerI ordered 1 tyre of Yokohama Go 15 (235/55/R19) on 15/06/22 it's been around 1 and half month and I am still waiting for that. Actually I need 4 tires for my car but 3 tires are already in stock and waiting for only 1. I been there 3/4 times, called around 10 times every time I get only one answer it's somewhere in warehouse but staff fails to find that actually where Is the tyre ?? Today I asked for speak with owner and staff told me she is working from home. I am still waiting for Tyre. If you really have good customer care policy and if you have enough time, can you please take some personally interest in this episode. Staff having my contact details.Thanks
