I’ve been seeing Cristina now about 3 years on and off for my debilitating thorasic and shoulder pain. She as been awesome at helping me improve my mobility through adjustments and exercises! Cristina is down to earth, caring and wants to get to the cause of the problem and not just a quick fix and i cant recommend her enough!

Cristina is not only a knowledgeable practitioner she is warm, funny and caring. Her treatments are always absolutely spot on for the various injuries or just fine tuning! She has cared for me throughout two pregnancies and postpartum. I honestly couldn’t recommend her more highly, in fact our whole family see her! Being greeted by her practice managers warm and friendly smile each visit adds to the overall experience.

Steph is the best physical therapist I've seen. Better than any physio. I've been going there for 6 months now and seeing a number of benefits with muscular health and migraine symptoms. Most recommended!

I’ve been seeing Cristina now for over 4years. Varying issues as a Group Fitness Instructor and training outside of those hours also put my body through intense training. Thankfully, Cristina has been a godsend and has been able to help me maintain mobility to continue my work and training. She provides professional treatment as well as down to earth conversations. Extremely caring and empathetic. I would recommend her to anyone seeking pain relief or even just maintenance.
