Been coming here recently for my eyebrow waxes and it’s very enjoyable and excellent service. I can always get a last minute appointment too which really helps!

The staff is always welcoming. My beaution always engages in conversation and does a great job. I never had a bad session in the 6 months I have been a client.

I have been a client for a few years and every single time i get my wax done it is done professionally and thoroughly! All of the staff are amazing and they are so accomodating. I've been going semi—regularly to Oasis for the past few years since I was gifted a facial originally. I would say it's one of my favorite places to go and spend money at as it's so beyond worth it.The whole place has this complete ease about it and on top of that everyone of every background and size is accepted. I tend to get nervous being a bigger lady myself so it's important to me for these ladies to know how much I appreciate the work they do.I've had three different ladies since I started (first two have moved on from Oasis) but today I had Kerry and I look forward to having her again in the future. New to the area & thought this would be my new salon as I always try my hardest to support locally. However out of the FIVE appointments I have booked with this business THEY have cancelled FOUR of them. Whilst making the last booking 3 weeks ago, I shared with them that my previous experience has not been great due to them canceling on me & the receptionist made a note next to my booking of this however today I receive a call from them canceling my booking for tomorrow. Even though they sent an confirmation email which also stated that there is a cancellation policy if I was to cancel without giving them 24hrs notice. They gave me 21hrs notice. This is not a well organised business & have shared my experiences with all my family, friends & neighbours so they can take their business elsewhere as well.

I had the 90 minute Body and Soul" massage on Fiday past with the very friendly Kerry. From the minute I stepped inside the door I felt completely at ease and comfortable. Having not spent anytime on myself

I had a really bad experience at a salon elsewhere after having a chemical peel, I walked into oasis seeking help. I had no appointment I was just desperate for help and the girls here were so amazing, so helpful and caring. The girls looked after me straight away and made me feel cared for, they guided through everything, they are so passionate and knowledgeable. I’m very grateful for the reassurance and help today.
