Waaaaaay too much oil in the salad. It's like 2-3 tablespoon of pure oil at the bottom of the plate. The food was slow. The grilled chicken tenderloins were very small compared to the photo on the online menu. The staff was a bit rude and forgot my drink.

The gentleman who was managing tonight, shout out to you and your ability to stay calm under pressure. About 15 customers rolled up when we did and you sir, took a proactive initiative to provide a service to all customers and deserve every commendation. Keep doing what you do, you are remarkable!

Love the flavours of Nando's , been to so many Nando's places , the consistency of the flavours is the same just the service and atmosphere of the place is different .I come.back for food and whichever area I am in just pick up...Keep it up ...

Very disappointing experience at Nando’s tonight. Waited 45 minutes for two meals, and then our burgers sat on the pass for 10 minutes and by the time I went and collected the food it was cold! 20 minutes later I asked where our 4 wings were to be told they were coming out of the oven. This was not the case as 15 minutes later we were still waiting! Ended up walking out without receiving our full order. Won’t be returning.

we ordered from the table, only to then be spoken to about having another 10 minute wait after waiting 30 minutes. we ordered 3 classic wraps, 2 chips and 3 drinks, not a large order. after 45 minutes of waiting we finally got our luke-warm meal. not coming here again.

This is such a great Nandos. Friendly staff. Lovely quality food. Chicken was nicely charred without being dry! The bbq ribs were delicious. Brocollini is full of flavour and a nice healthy treat!

Nandos is now cashless, how sad, people still have cash so make it available, it’s legal tender, also the staff did not give an option to order at the counter, the only option given was to order via QR code, if your busy hire more staff. Terrible service, regardless of the quality of the food, you need to start with offering the correct and applicable services, I watched customers walk in to order and be told to order on their phone, what if they DONT want to??? Give the options available otherwise get rid of your registers?

The best low carb options in Australia. I love this restaurant so much. The food are healthy and always has the same good quality every time and every where. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish if they add more branches in Brisbane.

The service was good but the state od the shop was sub par. I know it was a Sunday night but still. The floors were sticky and slippery near the sink. The portion of chips we received was a bowl that was half full (photo provided). The chicken didn't seem marinated as all the flavour just seem to come from the sauce draped all over it. Disappointing visit as we were looking forward to our treat of Nandos.
