Our staff Christmas party - kids and cat included. A delicious menu. Chef Steph was happy to tweak a few things at our request with absolutely no problems. Ingredients of the best quality and excellent food preparation and presentation and loads left over! Our kitchen was left spic and span and our chef Stephanie was delightful. Service and communication from Gathar customer service was also outstanding - clear, prompt, friendly and easy. We would definately use this service again (and hope that Stephanie can be our chef). Congratulations Gathar on an exceptionally good service

We all had an excellent experience with our Chef, Bryce. We selected Nonna's Gourmet Feast" as our menu and thoroughly enjoyed every course. The food was beautifully presented. Bryce was very friendly

We were delighted with the custom menu and overall Gathar experience. Joao and his assistant prepared a fabulous meal which suited our dietary requests very well. We had a number of Japanese guests and wanted an elegant meal and to serve lamb. We “left it to the chef” to decide the main course and were very pleased. Joao was well organised, happily answered culinary questions and confidently managed an oven that was slow to heat in our getaway homestead kitchen. He offered us the option of eating dessert outside while watching the stars. They left us with extra ice cream and a completely cleared away kitchen. The next night we discovered the left over dessert! Gathar and Joao were very responsive and friendly in their communication and extremely helpful making things happen for us at short notice. Very easy to deal with in “real time” even on weekends.

I would highly recommend Gathar if you are looking to book a chef for your next event. Lauren from the head office was very helpful in both finding a chef for our event as well as helping create our custom menu.Paolo our chef was fantastic. The food was beyond my expectations and he was great fun on the night.

We loved the menu and the service. We are a group of 12 ladies who have a weekend away each year. We thought we would spoil ourselves with the Gathar experience. We certainly felt very spoilt. There was plenty of food. It was fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Stefan and his colleague were amazing chef's and provided an outstanding experience for our team. The menu was a highlight for our team and the food was phenomenal. Overall the experience with Gathar was world class and would highly recommend to anyone in the future who is looking for a caterer in their home.

Thank you to Chef Brooke for a wonder Christmas in July lunch at Kangaloon. The food was absolutely beautiful. They even cleaned up, thoroughly impressed. Brooke drove f rom Wollongong to Kangaloon in torrential rain, I was thinking she would need to cancel due to the terrible weather. I'm very pleased she didn't. I can't recommend her or Gathar more, great service!

Mitchell and Addison were pleasant and brilliant chefs. Overwhelming positive experience for us, relaxed atmosphere and delicious meals. Highly recommend these two as they are unobtrusive and very professional, kitchen left spotless and some leftovers to enjoy today.

Best decision to use Gathar to cater for my son's 30th birthday family lunch.The Elevated BBQ menu was perfect for a Spring/ Summer occasion. The produce was top quality, the various tastes were delicious and the portions super generous !Our chef was friendly, relaxed, competent, passionate & skilled .Overall a delightful experience and good value for money spent !
