Customer service was friendly, professional and very prompt. I was able to book an installation day/time that suited me. I did a lot of research before getting my alarms done, I had read reviews of people having trouble with cheaply made smoke alarms setting off false alarms frequently from other companies. I felt reassured this would not be the case with the smoke alarm guys as they have a sister company with their supplier and have been using them for years with great results. Their product also comes with a ten year parts warranty. I also love that they throw in a free hush remote which allows all alarms to be stopped with one push of a button. Ray who installed my alarms arrived on-time and went above and beyond to provide great service. I can now rest easy knowing my family is safe. Best money I have spent, and great value for the price.
