Q-tee Nails

I went to get my nails done for the first time in my life today, I was very anxious but decided to give it a go anyway. I don't have much to go off of but I would assume that the level of carelessness and roughness isn't normal, not to mention being laughed at and mocked for not knowing where to put my hands. My technician made numerous comments to her co-workers resulting in them all laughing, I would assume at me but I wasn't able to understand as I only speak English, however she made another comment directed to me, you look like deformed person" when my middle finger was involuntarily lifting as she pulled up my ring finger

Rip the old existing nails off - had to ask for an acetone soak which removes the nail less painfully and preserves the natural nail better. Burned my finger nails, gave me really long nails even though I kept asking for shorter and shorter. Have to reshape and size myself at home.So expensive for a bodgy job in a dirty nail salon.2nd visit and won’t be going back for a third!!

I just got my nails done with acrylic I don’t get my nails done and so first time I got pink with a small silver heart on the end of one finger it looks like one week worth of growth and one nail is in pain one thumb looks like just naw I’ll show photos

Was here last night and Staff were rude and really rough, place was filthy! She kept digging under my real nail to get the old ones off and wouldn't listen to me saying I'm in pain!Left with blood and cut skin around my nails and have woken up this morning to 2 infected finger nails and was charged $60 for a basic $45 service! Was just Awful and now my nails look horrible and are infectedThanks!!!

Would never go here again! A young girl started electric filing my shellac off my toes she kept burning me and still didn’t get it off. Another lady called tammy had to take over and rushed the job didn’t even scrub the heels for more than 5 seconds! Also made me pay half way through which is extremely rude considering the job wasn’t even finished! And on another note this place looks so unhygienic everything is dirty didn’t even clean the tools after using them on me just chucked them in the drawer

This would have to be the worst manicure and pedicure ive ever had. It was a real rush job, im Left with nail polish on my skin and bits in my nail polish. I bought this up with the lady but she just held up a bottle of vanish and stated that it had bits from other polish in there. I asked if she would fix it and she pretended she didn't understand.

usually i dont give review i used this service in jan and feb, they did my nails very nice because of which i visited there second time for pedicure what a waste of money, the school girl did pedicure very rush rush that my heels which needs attention came home black and the way it was, whats the point of pedicure,dont do this job if you dont like your work.

When they’re in a good mood you’ll get a good set of nails, but that seems to be rare.Last set was enough for me to never go back. I was over charged and they didn’t give me the shape I asked for. Usually my set lasts for a month before refill but these were so badly done I was at another salon for a new set two weeks later with one nail missing.Not to mention the acrylic they had to shave off from the inside of my nails- that caused me some pain as my nail grew out.

The staff were very professional. I had damaged nails from another salon and they were taken off and replaced with care. Reasonable pricing and I am very happy. I will be back.
