Pretty good, went there on weekend, there were plenty of good fruits and vegetables, good variety. some of them were reasonably priced and some of them were a bit expensive.

Nice open atmosphere

The fruit and veg is good but it's the customer service that ruins it. Checkout staff look miserable and are incredibly rude. I always have a hard time trying to get to the checkout because people are always pushing in and blocking the way.

The chubby face Indian girl working tonight Wednesday was a misery to be served by. She was rude and obnoxious. She muttered something under her breath at me and told me to take my receipt from the eftpos machine myself when I asked for it!Unprofessional and needs training!! Will be sticking to my Richlands Country Market from now on.

Prices for fruits and vegetables comparable to other stores. We have shopped here since they first opened. In 2018 and 2019, the check-out staff such as Sonya, and Soraya and her sister were friendly, courteous and helpful. However, in our recent visits, the new counter staff seem to be impersonable, unhelpful and unintelligible.The current staff need training in Australian manners and courtesy, let alone conversational skills in the English language. They seem to have the habit of turning their faces away from the customer and talking with their colleagues in their own mother tongues when handing the over docket. No eye-contact, no smiles and no thanks whatsoever. Very rude indeed!
