This hairdresser is amazing.Good customer service. Jordan does amazing hair styles.I have been doing my hair at hair by jordan for about 15 years. He one of the best hairdressers I have been to in my life.I got from the city all the way to Northmead to do my hair.I would 100% reccomand it.He is so honest and tells you you advice for your hair

So disappointed, came with high expectations due to the reviews. Got a simple cut and wash. The lady was pleasant and nice, however the owner who cut my hair was not. He did a really choppy job and didn't clean the edges at all. It looked like a 3 year old just horizontally chopped it off. To his credit, when he styled (curled) it the uneven edges were hidden. However after washing my hair (naturally straight hair) all the unevenness came out. What was worse was that the shop was quiet and no one was in line. He could've spent a bit longer finalizing my hair, but has no attention to detail to even notice.

Myself and my family have been going to Hair by Jordan now for over 10 years, and couldn’t be happier. Jordan has always done an amazing job with my hair particularly with the color and keratin treatment. I love the family atmosphere and his staff are always friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I also agree with Melody,Angela and Huzaifa. Jordan is inconsistent at best and unprofessional at worst.I was looking for a good new hairdresser thinking this hairdresser will be good as regular basic due to good reviews but I also think the reviews are coming from his family and friends to boost his Google rating. Not happy and I will never come back or not recommend anyone who looking for new hairdresser.I was given just a cut without a wash and blow-dry not even water spray to get even cut, which I think it is poor service and feel unwelcome to new customers.

One of our close family friend suggested jordan in 2015. I hve been coming to see him since then. I have moved an hour away from his salon but still I travel to see him . I usually make an appointment in advance to see him. He is the best at what he does. Strongly recommanded and suggested for both men and women.

Been a few times and always had great service and cut by Jordan. Today a lady did not want to engage or offer any services to a cut and told me to come back on the 24th. Sadly I won’t be back as I can’t wait

I agree with Angela and Huzaifa. Jordan is inconsistent at best and unprofessional at worst.I have been to him three times now. In the three times, the cuts he have given me have varied from looking like I am a middle Eastern boy, to looking good, to looking like a rat has chewed through my hair. I'm going to have to grow my hair out properly before another hair dresser can fix the colossal mess that Jordan has made.In addition, he has been unprofessional. Despite making an appointment, Jordan failed to keep it. Instead, he turned up late, took in two walk-ins before me (even though he was reminded that I had an appointment), rushed through my haircut as he had a client coming for hair dye after me, and over charged me without giving me a wash and blow-dry (which has always been a standard for the service and price).In addition he doesn't sanitise his station between clients to keep it Covid-clean.All-in-all while I'm sure the good reviews will keep coming from his family and friends to boost his Google rating, I would advise walking right by Hair By Jordan and either going to Michaels in Parramatta, or Belcastro, down the road from Jordan. Both are more professional and give really good cuts.

First time I went couldn’t of done a better job , this time I was I told he had one blow dry to do then he’d have plenty of time , Until a younger woman turned up so she got the full attention , I was left sitting with wet hair and clothes ! It seems to be how old us women are how we are treated ! Cost a fortune and not at all the colour I wanted , never going back !!! I’ll look for a hairdresser that actually puts an effort into everyone that goes in !!

A very talented operator who cuts for my wife, 3 boys & myself. This is an example of high level experience when you can satisfy everyone. Always happy to make special appointments given the busy world we live in. His excellent service has stood out by far. Thank you Jordan
