UNRELIABLE - I booked for end of lease carpet clean 1.5-2 months prior & on the day the representative kept putting the time off until finally stating unable to attend until the next day. So I waited around all day for no reason. Next tenant arriving following day so having the carpets cleaned then quite inconvenient as they won’t have a bedroom to sleep in due to wet carpet. I cancelled the booking & got someone significantly more reliable.
