Some of the poorest services I have ever received, that's if you'd even call it service. Called asking for a price on a particular service twice by phone and once via email, was advised they would get back to me. Still to this date, no response.Quality job guys......

Rang to get a quote to replace old hot water system with a new system. I was quoted $2650 to supply & fit new system. I decided to organise a hot water system myself it cost $ 1585 and I also got a plumber to fit $220. It took 45 minutes to plumb new system.So basically Waterworks wanted $1065 to fit new system. what a rip off.

We were very pleased with the job Waterworks Tamworth did in replacing a cistern and toilet in our home. I filled in their request form and they were the first responders. Their quote was very reasonable and they stuck to it. They were punctual, knowledgeable, good problem solvers and left everything clean and neat. Highly recommended.
