I cannot give good review of the company, I paid the same day I received invoice for inspection, Nearly three weeks later was still receiving emails saying payment overdue, contacted company said I had paid and had still not had the inspection report, was told I would receive it once payment was identified. Finally received receipt for payment but still no report provided.

Phil was awesome on time and very knowledgeable. Cannot recommend this business enough. I did a google search and found them, the booking process was so easy and the receptionist very helpful. They arrived on time to the very minute and took the time to examine my property and treat as required. I would use this business from now on for all my pest control due to the very professional way they dealt with my issue.

I came back from overseas and my house was overridden with cockroaches. I was able to book online and get a next day appointment with Newcastle Peat Control. They explained the process and were very professional. It has made such a difference! There have been only a few dead or almost dead cockroaches since. I highly recommend their services.

We have been getting Newcastle Pest Control for a general house treatment for years. They are great, and always happy to come back for free if needed throughout the year. We’ve noticed a massive difference in the reduction of bugs since we’ve been getting treated. The company is lovely to deal with, friendly, professional and reliable. AUD220 for nothing, very poor quality job. The wasps nests were not treated properly and we had to finish the job ourselves. I complained to Phil Bamback and no action was taken.
