We get lunch from Pete's and sit at mm beach watching the world go byHamburgers are always good but the chips are a bit hit and miss, sometimes they are all golden and delicious other times there are some very over cooked ones with the good ones.Staff are really nice and friendly.Over all it's a good place for an easy lunch.

The burgers are the next best thing to my mother inlaws home made burgers. The staff are friendly, clean and you can tell they love their business and take pride in what they serve and what they do. One of our best friends recommended this place to us..she said if you want the best burger and old school chips wrapped in paper then Petes Takeaway is your place.She was spot on. Best burgers in the Illawarra. A variety of Yumeeee food.

The best traditional fish and chips and hamburgers in the Illawarra. The quality is superb and it flows through the excellent service and spotless cleanliness. Well done Pete and team!!

Got the battered fish and chips, mine was great, big peice of fish, the chips were great too. However my girlfriend's fish was dried out around the edges.
