I recently pre-ordered a set of bumper plates from Fitek. I can’t fault their customer service. They were really responsive via email and kept me informed as soon as my order progressed. Delivery was arranged from Melbourne to Hobart and from the time the courier picked up the goods to me getting them was 4 days. The quality of the plates was well above what I was expecting. If their plates are this good I’m sure the good feedback I’ve heard about their barbells is true. I’ll definitely be using Fitek again. Great products, reasonable price for the quality and extremely good customer service.

Bought equipment from fitek, as they offered some unique pcs that don't cost an arm and leg to get from the US. I purchased the long and short bar and ro-t8 style handles. Excellent service, had a minor issue and the team went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to fit out a home gym.

Purchased a half squat rack with bar and weights online, went in to collect and the service was fantastic!! Super helpful, lovely couple that run the shop. Genuine quality service, answering any questions, opened up all the boxes to explain what is what and great tips to assemble. Can’t recommend them highly enough!! Great product fantastic price and service with a smile! We will definitely be back!
