John from JB Pools has been taking care of our pool for the last five years. He is very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Always arrives when he says he will, and keeps you informed about what he is doing and what is required. Any problem we have had with the pool equipment has been taken care of quickly. John at JB Pools is fantastic. I contacted John on two separate and urgent occasions (broken filter and broken chlorinator). Both times, John was excellent. John was responsive, empathetic to my situation, provided excellent personal service, demonstrated immense knowledge on all things pools, trustworthy, clean and tidy work and very helpful with great advice. I will only use JB from now on.

Called John in an emergency, as the pool was turning green before my eyes, he was out within 2 hours and then back on the weekend to finish off. Really generous with information and great keeping me informed (as we also had to wait for parts to come in). Highly recommend!!!

If we have a problem inbetween visits or we have forgotten how to set our heater he is only ever one phone call away - nothing is a problem for him.
