Never go to this place. The Group on deal is definitely a scam. They will find ways to get more money from you.The service is so bad they did not even washed my car after the “service”.Waited more than a day to have my car back even if they said that I was a priority because I booked early and came on time.I’ll rather have my car break down than come back to this evil people.You, who is reading this have been warned.

Bought $29 voucher. When they rang up after I left the car for half an hour, they told me my car requires a fix of $1,200. All the items that were not in a list when I used my regular mechanics. Completely ripped-off. At the end, they were disappointed as I disagreed to go ahead with their fix. Never ever use this company. Very bad reputation.

Returned today for my second groupon voucher. Their service is excellent compared to the ones I used before. Both receptionist and technician are friendly and patient to listen to customer's requirement. They give good advice and explanation. Their price is reasonable. I will come back for the next service.

If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to fix your most loved toy, then look no further this is the place. Not only that but also a huge value for money as I saved more than half of what was quoted from the manufacturer to get mine looked at and professionally fixed. They keep you on the loop ever since the vehicle is left behind with their good hands. Yasas takes it personally to find the source of the problem himself. A big thanks to you guys at Hi-Tech. Lucky I read the google reviews when looking for the location on the map before going to this place. Groupon reviews seemed to be all good and fake. Got the Groupon refunded with their 7 day cancellation policy. Thank God. I would rather pay full price to service a car at a trusted mechanic than to fall in such a big mess just to save some dollars and they even damage your car. I believe they use cheap Groupon deals to attract customers and this is how they get more money off them by bringing up problems that never exist and charge the customer when the work hasn't even been done in the first place. Can't believe this place.

The reception (I assume the boss) was quite dodgy. Pretended to be nice and everything. Claimed there were many works to be done for my car. Provided free car wash with the Groupon deal, but the mechanic accidentally damaged my MB Hood ornament and it fell off. The owner refused compensation and claimed that it was loose to begin with. As well as stopped replying to my email after I sent in a video from the dash cam of my car capturing the whole process. I will learn to read reviews before purchasing services from Groupon in the future. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Terrible service. Took my car for a normal service with Groupon Voucher; they came up with some repairs and said it will have to be done and charged a lot. These guys are definitely after the money and will reap you off. Will never go back to service my car here.

Bought a Groupon for AirCon regas. Came in at the scheduled time with my SUV, they took about an hour to recharge the gas whilst I waited. Guy was friendly. No extra charges. Drove away with the aircon working much better. Happy.UPDATE: Nope! Avoid! Their super cheap aircon regas price is too good to be true. Sure it blasted really nice and cold when I left. But it only lasted 3-4 months before getting warm again. I then paid a more market normal price to another place who did nothing more than regas it again. So far it has lasted much better. About year and half now.

Dodgy as. Bordering on criminal based on the other reviews. Went there for a service as i couldn't get to my usual mechanic. They tried to tell me i needed thousands of dollars in repairs and then when i went back to my usual mechanic i was advised it was still the same oil filter that he put in the previous time. Keep away from them.
