Giles and Ben were absolutely fabulous to deal with. Their expertise, professional attitude and friendly down-to-Earth nature, were a breath of fresh air. They repaired my blocked drain by relining the existing pipe with absolutely no disruption, and even stayed back after hours to ensure that everything was perfect. I'm extremely happy with their service and highly recommend Nuflow Cairns to anyone who needs their drains cleared. 10/10!

Giles is amazing! Don’t bother with the rest cause he’s by far the best! We had a major sewage issue which could have caused significant structural damage to the house. He was at site straight away to investigate and even sent us footage of the issues and explained our options clearly and was back at site the same week to do the major repairs! The house is tenanted and he coordinated the site visits with the tenants to ensure everyone was happy. He’s very cost effective and efficient! We had two previous plumbers out who didn’t identify the fault and we’re very costly. I highly recommend Giles and his services!

Giles did the big commute out to my home in Babinda when all the other plumbers refused, or wanted to charge an arm and a leg for the travel. He quickly identified the blockage and provided me all available options to deal with it with or without further services from him. I would highly recommend Giles and his services to anyone with blockage issues.

Giles is an absolute gem. At a seriously reduced price of what it would have taken to dig up and replace or repair the main pipe, he and his crew repaired and lined the pipe with their non-invasive method. That was just over two years ago. When I had another issue, Giles didn’t hesitate in coming over to have a look to see what the issue was and to make sure the lines were clear. All at no charge. The line has held true and there was no damage. This non-invasive method really does work and Giles and his crew are the best we have encountered. Thank you Giles ☺️

Giles attended our blocked sewer pipe issue promptly and stayed until he was confident that the pipe had been cleared, the issue identified and the remediation options discussed. He then attended to re line the pipes and worked efficiently, professionally and accurately over two full days. He clearly explained all the steps and takes obvious pride in his work. And he's a top bloke too!

Giles did and amazing job detecting and fixing the broken pool pipe. Saved us a fortune in plumbing costs by being able to reline the broken pipe in the side of the pool wall. This is cost effective way of repairing cracked or leaking pipes using the pipe relining service they have. Giles is friendly, professional, meticulous with his work and a perfectionist. Highly recommend his services.
