Great and friendly staff all round wonderful experience

Good service but the price of prescriptions is ridiculous, one week my script was $25 the next it was $30. Chemist warehouse does the same script for $8.99... i know you dont have the buying power they do but a $5 price hike in the space of a week suggests this is profiteering

The team here is helpful and knowledgeable and always ready to help. I have type 1 diabetes and a little one so we frequent our chemist often, and are always welcomed and looked after. Always have stock or are able to source quickly.

Always very impressed with the level of personal understanding and help from the pharmacists and others here… especially when the flooding causes problems with scripts and getting needed medicines. Nothing but the highest praise and thanks to everyone here.

Why is it I can get the exact same prescription drug at blooms Richmond for $19 and you have been charging me $26? I feel ripped off

Very pleasant and helpful staff. I use the TerryWhite App online to order & pay for my repeat scrips every month. My order is then ready for me to collect the next day.

If you have mental health issues please do not fill your scripts here.I had an issue with my filling in my medication (I thought I had repeats on a script that I did not). Although they did the correct thing in not being able to fill the script (understandable) - when I explained that I have a script at another pharmacy for the medication they refused to assist and in the process of this. I left the store feeling discriminated, disrespected and fundamentally the experience triggered my mental health issues.After driving the hour + to the pharmacy that had my scripts, I was delighted at how easy the process was and the support that the pharmacist in assisting customers with mental health issues.The staff at this store - particularly the manager - is in desperate need of some kind of sensitivity training regarding people with mental health concerns.At first I thought well perhaps it was just me and I was having a bad day but after speaking of the incident at the local support group of 25 members pretty much all of them have had the same experience at one point at said pharmacy (they are happy to pass on their details and explain their experience as well).

Nothing but great experience here. I go here almost weekly for my grandparents scripts, nothing is ever too much trouble. Daniel has always gone above and beyond to help us when needed. The other staff are always friendly and willing to help where needed. Definitely will keep coming back!

Far too expensive for prescriptions. Paid $7 at chemist warehouse for Lipitor but here is was over $20. Most expensive chemist I’ve visited. Why rip off the needy with prescriptions. Won’t go back again even though it’s my local chemist would rather risk being sick than give them any more of my money. The staff are nice that’s the reason for my one star

Highly rate Daniel the pharmacist. While I don't have any prescription needs, he always helps me with over the counter medicines and general questions. Lots of knowledge and very friendly. Thanks mate.
