DIYA Hair&beauty salon 14,Ferrari drive, Cranbourne east,ViC-3977 home salon ruined my hair and now I am scared to ever return. I went for hair straightening and I told her about all my previous hair colours n treatments before commencing the straightening.I asked her twice “will it not damage my hair” she said no darling.As she applied product on my hair with in seconds my hair started ripping , but she didn’t let me know.She asked me to come to the shampoo station as she said she needs to wash that part of the hair again as something went wrong.I said ok and she asked me to stay there for 20 minutes as she applied some treatment when she was shampooing my hair. After ten minutes lying on the shampoo station I felt something is wrong and I asked her to please wash the product and what is she doing. Then again she asked to wait for another 10 minutes. After a wash when I went back to the chair and I run my fingers on my hair and I found chunks of hair from bottom has been ripped off. I burst into tears and said what did you do to my hair. She asked me to shut up and pay for the service she gave. I paid her for the wash and treatment as I was shivering and couldn’t think at that time. She was not at all apologetic. I am hurt and in tears. Attaching pictures too. IS SHE EVEN LICENSED I WONDER NOW.
