My first time at Freedom Hair and Beauty was a fantastic experience! Azadeh was very attentive, informative and patient with my fussy hair ideas and the end result was exactly what I wanted! 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy hair stylist! :)

My daughter had her hair styled here for her Year 11 Formal. It was a very lovely atmosphere, with relaxing music with nature soundtracks that melted my daughter's worries away. Professional, courteous service. Excellent value. Would definitely use again and recommend to all my friends.

Very well behaved, organised, friendly and skilled staff.Now I’m cutting my hair there for about two years and I have always been happy with the result. I changed many hairdressers for many years until I found this one. The price is resealable and cheaper than many others.I strongly recommend it.

I love this salon and in my opinion it is the best quality and value salon in the Hills district. Amazing service and results! Highly recommended for all. Also does amazing permanent Shiseido hair straightening and uses the best products for all hair processes. Convenient parking under shop as well. Must visit!!

Amazing i had to attend a wedding and was looking for a haircut. The lady im not quite sure of her name was very polite and professional she made my day i was very happy with the service. Deserves 5 stars. I would love to go back again and would recommend others too. Value for every dollar spent.

I have been attending this salon since it opened 18 months ago and the service is always top notch. Azadeh is a talented hair stylist taking great care to deliver an excellent result. She and her husband Omid are so warm and welcoming and unfailingly polite. Also, and perhaps surprisingly for the salon’s location, the parking is very convenient. I have no hesitation in recommending this salon to any prospective new clients.

The most dishonest person I have ever met!!!Before using her services make sure she doesn’t offer you services that you never asked for because you will be charged for them afterwards without your getting your approval. I went to this salon for having haircut and while she was cutting my hair she said I will double-check my work after drying your hair. By this sentence, I thought she is drying my hair as a part of her haircut service. She didn’t ask me if I want the blow-dry service which costs an extra $20. Then, she told me I should pay $50 for the services she offered in half an hour which includes $30 for the haircut and $20 for the blow-drying.I told her I am a student and your haircut price is $22 based on your website. She said by “student” they mean up to high school students, university students are not included!!!!At the end, she “generously” offered me $10 discount to make me happy. But what really happened was that she overcharged me for $18. I never recommend this business to anyone. She ruined my day because the whole day I was feeling I was scammed.

This business recently relocated a few stores up to the arcade at 20 Old Northern Road, opposite the bowling club, replacing the men's barber who had been there for years and retired 30 June. I had gone to that barber for years, am a creature of habit and was therefore sad to see him go into his well deserved retirement. It was with some trepidation, then, that I visited the shop yesterday (for the first time since the previous barber retired) for a long overdue post lockdown haircut. I need not have worried. The store has been completely transformed with a stylish and luxurious fitout. Azadeh was the soul of courtesy and charm and did a splendid job. She was careful, thorough and used some lovely product as a final touch. The price was excellent too! I could not have hoped for better service. If, like I was, you're looking for a new hairdresser she comes with my highest recommendation - without reservation or hesitation. FYI she recommends making a booking beforehand to avoid waiting.
