Left waiting very long time for scripts every time i been in there.Most gift items very expensive so i didnt buy any for Christmas which is sad because they have some nice things.Was amused to see CPap machine items advertised as Big Special for Christmas ???I am certain people would not be excited to get that for Christmas. Im sure they could have had super Christmas specials on items m9re su8ted for Christmas and cpap machines etc should be discounted all year round its used to save lives not for a gift ?????

I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile from Cassi. I explained my symptoms and was given options and each option explained. After discussions i decided on a product and was given options again for costs. The entire time Cassi remained both friendly and professional and certainly had great knowledge. I walked out extremely happy.

Stood there for few minutes waiting to be served. No other people in the chemist and 2 staff stood there having a conversation. They knew I was standing there waiting to be served. Such rude staff n wont be recommending people to shop there.

I was treated really horribly by a lady named Tenille who works here. Avoid her if possibleUnfortunately this is my local pharmacy so I continued to go here as it was convenient. Today I was served by a lady named Vicki who restored my faith in this business, she was so kind and helpful, she went above and beyond for me today and treated me with nothing but respect and empathy. The world needs more people like Vicki. I would like to thank Vicki for treating me the way she did and for doing whatever she could to assist me today. She is incredible at her job and her customer service skills are amazingThankyou for today

They are good most of the time, though sometimes when you call for a script to be made up to pick up later, they don't make it up and you have to wait while they do, making the call pointless.
