Had a problem with wifi. It wasn't connecting to my home internet. The technician fixed the issue. Very cost effective. Happy with the service.

Have given them my laptop to repair, a rather expensive Razer Blade Advance gaming laptop. This was unable to be repaired according to Aqib and was going to charge me $350 for the time spent... Even though the business website states No Fix No FeeIf we can not repair your computer or laptop we simply do not charge any fee."He has since blocked my number and left me with no idea what is happening or any way to collect my device. Now going on 3 months.Aqib

I had Aqib come out a few weeks ago as I had a problem with my internet provider deleting all of my e-mails, sent and received. He knew what the problem was before he came out but he came anyway. Then he said he couldn't fix it that day but would come back the next day and charge me another visit but he was going to be very generous and not charge me a call out fee. Whoopy! I would not trust this man. My husband had just died and he took advantage of me, charging me $250.00 just to show up and not fix the problem. Not very nice. If I had agreed for him to come back the next day he would have charged me again, yet the website says if the problem isn't fixed there is no charge. In your reply you say its nor up to the technician to recover the e-mails,. Well why did he come out in the first place when I advised what the problem was,. Why did he offer to come back at my expense. He had no intention of solving the problem then. I consider I was ripped off by the company and the technician. I would like my money back. That is how it can be resolved. Your company charged me, when as per your response, it was never going to be resolved by you. You can contact me for my bank details. I bet I won't get a refund though. Poor, very poor.

Best Computer technician ever. He just made my day. I lost pretty much all of my data the other day but the technician manage to recover everything and then replaced the hard drive. I have all of my data and computer is working really fast.
