Rude & unprofessional staff, when I asked him to do his job properly, he started yelling at me

Horrible service and attitude by the two male hairdressers there. Westfield management should let the premises to another hairstyling salon.

The hairdresser asked me how I want my hair done and I am indeed satisfied with the outcomes of my haircut. She exactly knows what she is doing and very professional. I do appreciate her gentleness of cutting my hair. Keep up the good work as you are much appreciated for doing a great job.

Do not ever come here. They will ruin your hair completely and not even be apologetic for it. I had been to this store in the past and other salons with the exact same set of instructions and had no problems getting the haircut I want except today. I asked for a number 2 on the side and for her to trim the top. But instead she was Half distracted by a phone and completely shaved my head with a number 2 leaving only my fringe, no apologies at all . She referred to her colleague as the shopkeeper who was dismissive as well. If you are a manager reading this feel free to contact me.

I asked for a number three on the back and a slight trim of the sides (I have a middle part). Instead the man rushed the trim completely and left hair around my ears, made my sides completely uneven and was also rough with my head by rapidly turning and pushing my head around. To anybody looking for a haircut i do not recommend coming here at all, I would give a zero star review if I could

Quick an easy, reasonable price, just be along queue

I had incident the last time I visited this hair salon. I know it’s cheap but sometimes they aren’t polite and don’t even smile to the customer. And the worst is when it’s my son’s turn to cut his hair, the barber was looking at my son’s hair and said he’s got lice and even the egg is in the strand of his hair. I said that’s dandruff that’s not lice, I insisted because I know my son. Then he went, I know plenty of people saying it’s dandruff but it’s lice. He even say he cannot cut his hair. Then I become angry and said, then give me back my money. I waited for one hour plus just to be rejected. I should’ve used that time in other things instead of waiting there. At least train them to be polite and respectful whoever is the manager. Not only making money. Without the customer, they won’t have business.

Please be aware that this place DOESN'T accept phone payment, debit, credit card, Master or Visa card whatsoever. Only cash payment and it can be annoying sometimes since phone payment is used everywhere nowadays. The cash machine is frustrating to use as well.
