This was the first time we used Jay & so glad we did. Samsung directed us to Sydney washing machine repairs as they couldn’t or wouldn’t help me troubleshoot.Jay cost us more than half what they were going to charge & came out & saw us the next day on a Saturday, at no extra charge.It really wasn’t a repair but how the machine was set up. Meet Jay a year ago, after numerous failures to get someone to look at my Westinghouse Gas Oven with outrageous call out fees, I took the plunge to call him after reading his reviews online. He is a gem, he is humble, knows his stuff and straight to the point - he genuinely wants to help solve the issue. I was a bit reluctant on changing original parts to substitutes but he provided a warranty and here I am now. Small little issue came up and he was over the next day and problem solved in less than 20mins. So I told him if he could take a look at my Electrolux front loader washing machine whilst we tested the oven… He fixed and tested 2x appliances in less than 2hrs at an affordable rate.
