I expected very little as my doctor told me this place would be cheap and cheerful but my radiologist was amazing! He could see how much I was struggling with a full bladder and told me to empty my bladder and then he did the ultrasound. He took his time going through the ultrasound with me in such great detail answering questions and even gave me a photo of my baby! I forgot to ask for his name but I will wait for my report as it will tell me his name and will edit this review with his name. Thank you!!!!

Staff are rude, they have no idea about customer service to people that more likely are sick. Appointments are not explained to you probably, so if you are a working person, allow three hours if you are going there for any tests, otherwise, explain to your boss why it took you double the time you asked for. Going home with a nasty bruise on my arm (still got two weeks later) and my results has not gone to my GP until now (two weeks since the scan) . and you have someone asking why there are so many negative reviews? people do not each other to gang against the clinic, they in fact had a nasty experience.

Surprised by all the bad reviews. The initial phone call took a bit longer since they are busy, was told to come in anytime for an x-ray. Came in 10 min later, reception staff was friendly and took my referral, waited about 5 minutes for the x-ray where another friendly staff member helped me and I was out on my way home. Can recommend

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place?! I read them after I had made my appointment so was curious to see if they were accurate. I found quite the opposite. The receptionists were busy but were helpful and friendly enough. The nurses were also quite nice and explained the procedure I was there to have without feeling rushed. It's a medical clinic full of people coming and going all day! Of course I expect a degree of courtesy and respect, but seems like some people expect royal treatment!

The organisation here is absolutely terrible!I was told by my doctor to try and get a chest X-ray before they closed for the day. Knowing that it was close to closing time, I decided to call to make sure the drive there wasn’t a waste of my time.The receptionist tells me that it’s fine and that I will be seen if I arrive before 4:30 and to come to the clinic.I get to the clinic 10 minutes after the to be told I can’t be seen. I asked who was the person I spoke to on the phone and was ignored, only to be told I know you came before 4:30 but we just can’t see you.What was the point of me calling and being told I will be seen and getting there to find out I can’t be seen

Customer Service is needed ASAPRudest people I have ever come across look you up and down No hello just continued to talk amongst themselves about weekend just past only two people in waiting room ( timed for half hour ) third person walked in sat down another half hour went by no interaction with us I went up asked if there was a problem they said no not at all come on throughAsk yourselvesWhat makes you think your time is more important or valuable than mineBecause I can tell you my time is just as important and as valuable as yours

The clinic says they have the results in 24hrs, it's been a week and they still haven't sent the images to my doctor!I chose this clinic because they are bulk billing, but clearly I should've paid more for a better service.My injury, I can't deal with this pain anymore, I need to know what's going on, and they don't care.

Arrived for my 8:15 appointment. Office locked up tight and phone answering machine indicated that business does not open till 8:30. Website also gives 8:30 as opening time yet SMS reminder clearly states appointment at 8:15!!! Get your act together folk.Asked to pay for scan before service is provided. Not immediately offered a receipt after paying. What sort of business is this?

Can confirm a terrible experience. I waited on the phone for the minutes only to not be greeted, spoken to rudely and not explained things properly. I felt like my call was a complete inconvenience to the receptionist day. Obviously they are busy but that doesn’t mean basic customer service shouldn’t be applied. I took my referral elsewhere where I experienced the total opposite, which was inclusive of no wait time, spoken to politely and a same day booking.
