I was very Impressed with the level of proffesionlism and care taken in all parts of my experience I found Brad the Salesman totally professional in his approach as he continued to follow up after the system was Installed to make sure that we were ok. So I would and have recommended National Solar to anyone looking at getting a system.

STOP. DON'T BUY YOUR SYSTEM WITH THESE PEOPLE. Initially the sales consultant promised many things that did not happen. Since the installation of the system it has been constantly malfunctioning and dropping out. We were constantly speaking to their call centre after many phone calls I eventually spoke to Morgan in their service area who advised me to change certain parameters(which I now believe were dangerously above Australian standards). The inverter was then working however it was extremely hot and could not be touched. We have constantly been in contact with their call centre who continuously lie and mislead us. They then sent a different electrician to our home who advised me that the reason the system has been dropping out is due to the wiring used to install the unit is incorrect. Once the electrician sent through the report to National Solar Services the original installation team (Remic Electrical) showed up at my house without warning. I felt uncomfortable and requested that they provide their electrical contact number which they could not provide. They were being rude and would not leave. He then called someone to provide the EC number. They also advised me that the wiring was fine and the other electrician was wrong. I asked them to leave. I then spoke to national solar services again and they confirmed that the wiring was incorrect. So we have now been paying for a system which we are not reaping the full benefits of. We have not be able to obtain the maximum amount of power from the system as every time it malfunctions it takes a full 10 minutes to restart. I would like the system removed as I don't believe this company is capable of providing a reliable product and I fear that the faulty installation could be detrimental to our home.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDWe recently had our solar system installed from National solar services Perth based. Really happy with the overall experience from the consultation to the installation. Excellent customer service they also came and checked the system after it was installed which is impressive.

National Solat Service was excellent.Barry arranged an appointment with the electrician, to check the solar converter.Which was found not working, and ordered a new one as needed. Barry returned every email and phone call and was very helpful throughout the whole process thanks Barry.

A big thank you to Barry to organise a service for my inverter ,he had excellent customer service and was very professional he help me with all my question and even went further to call TOM , I believe tech. to help me for the wi-fi and the application from the inverter Tom was very professional in few minutes he explain to me step by step how to get the wi-fi to the inverter and heopen an account for me for the application a very big thank to Tom . when all was done Barry very thoughtful still returned my call and send email which were very helpful for the whole process.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Barry takes great pain in his work. He is very thorough in it. He leaves no stone unturned, which at times can get very testing because of the length of time it takes to get results. But with Barry you do get positive results. He is always very polite and positive in his response. It was a great pleasure to have him handle the case of my faulty inverter
