I took a formal dress here to have the hem taken up. When I went there he seemed a little unsure what I was after but once I explained what I wanted he seemed confident and reassured me he would be able to do it. I told him my formal was December 8 and he told me to pick up December 6 but to call him before I come. I call him the morning of December 6 and he tells me not to come until 2pm. I was a little confused as I had given him the dress 2 weeks beforehand why he needed the extra time but said it was no problem. He calls back about 30 minutes later and says not to wait until 2pm and come and get the dress now (about 11am).I picked up the dress and bought it home- which was a huge mistake as I should have checked the dress before I left. I get home and try the dress on, only to find the bottom of the dress was cut uneven and the dress was too short in some sections and too long in others. The dress had adjustable straps and they were adjusted significantly during alterations, which was concerning considering only the bottom of the dress was being worked on. There was also huge water stains all over the dress that weren’t there when I dropped it off. I had to take the dress to a dry cleaner to remove the stains, and when they went to check the dress tag to see the material of the dress, the tag had been ripped off the dress.This alterations place ruined my formal dress and didn’t give me enough time to find a new one. The quality was horrible and the uneven hem of the dress was very noticeable and I had to pay extra to take the dress to be dry cleaned to remove stains put on the dress while it was getting altered. The straps of the dress were adjusted and not where I left them when I took the dress in which leads me to think the dress may have been worn/played with during alterations. The dress tag shouldn’t have been ripped off the dress at all. I’m honestly heartbroken as this was my dream formal dress which I spent hundreds of dollars on and it was destroyed by someone I gave my trust to do simple alterations.

Wasn't able to get what I was after but appear to have a broad range of fe/male fashion. Staff supportive and tried to be helpful but limited materials available.

The suits available are absolutely on point and you're able to customise any suit to suit your vision! Highly recommend!!!!
