GREAT Collection and excellent customer service. I recently bought a punjabi suit with beautiful handwork on it.Even though it was my first visit there and I will surely go again. She is so nice and made me feel so welcomed. I definitely recommend this place!!!

I purchased a suit and found work tearing apart.Very cleverly she put dupatta on the side where work was torn,but I found it when I went home with it. I contacted her within 24 hours but she refused to refund saying she has no refund or exchange policy, she forgot she is in Australia not in India and there is no such policy in Australia. Anyway she booked appointment, harassed me , made my video without my consent and told me to get out.She called in one lady before with proper planning and ploting and told me to do whatever as in my power.This is lady is a fraud ,her business has been reported Fraud lady, demanding money for customer service. PURE FRAUDAULENT.

Very very Poor and extremely rude customer service by the lady. She is so arrogant , she doesn’t even one star, I had very bad experience. She is selling defective suits with torn embroidery and she hides those defects very cleverly while selling, So if customer notice those defects later( doesn’t matter even after few hours) then she bluntly refuses to refund or exchange . Instead she threatens customers by making their videos without their knowledge.I just discovered there are plenty of people out there who are victims of this FRAUD. So I request even if you buy anything from her you better check the product thoroughly and also make video while purchasing to avoid any fraud.

Y’all need to avoid her. With all the outfits, there are some issues, no finishing, prices are high. Speaking to fair trade people, how can someone refuse to refund for selling defective materials. You will need to loosen up your etiquettes if you are dealing with her. Good luck!

Just bought some punjabi suits and jewellery for my daughter and myself and it was the best service we ever had in any Indian boutique around Melton.Pam is such nice and kind girl.A must go place if you looking for some quality stuff at good prices.Thank you Pam !! :)

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recently bought a suit from this lady Parwinder..she was very nice until I found a defect in my suit and asked for a refund. This woman clearly refused to even talk to me or about this matter and instead behaved very rudely by yelling at me..when I said I ll not sit quietly, she started giving me threats. Her business should be shut completely if she continues to sell her products this way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER FOR ANYONE.

Attending salon from last 3 yrs. Pam s very professional.Really good service. Tried different salon for threading, she s the best. Highly recommend. Love her work .
