Rehab Plus Kew
These guys have made coming back into athletics after 10 years so much easier. They've helped correct my posture through remedial massage, dry needling and exercise, created a training programme specific to my athletics training. Deeya has also been there on race days, mentally prepping me for competitions and keeping my body in check. Highly recommended, they'll work with you to get results.

I highly recommend Deeya- I have been treated by Deeya for a number of years, she is extremely knowledgeable on anatomy of body and movement and quickly identifies the problem . Treatment is very professional and Deeya always provides exercises and recommendations moving forward to improve my posture and range of movement. I’ve experienced cupping and needling and my body responds to both- the slight discomfort of needling is worth the gain at the end. Deeya is a fantastic myotherapist, attentive, gentle and always finds “that spot” !
