Worst haircut I have ever experienced in my life, such a horrible experience watching this lady destroy my hair. She completely ignored my instructions and was incapable of cutting in a straight line with clippers, or cutting at an even length with scissors. Never ever let these people near your hair, it honestly looks worse than if I did it myself. I need to go elsewhere to tidy this up.

Worst experience ever!! people need to be warned not to go here!!! I was getting my regrowth done and they left the foils on way to long and was burning my head. She went way to hot when blow dry it, as it was blond and just toned, you could see my hair was so brittle it was flotting off. The next day my hair started snapping off and i was left with 10cm hair where he had died my regrowth and had I had to chop all my long hair off. And they tried to overcharge me way more then they priced me!

Ok but they don’t seem to bother with blow drys after a cut - just a few seconds with the dryer and you’re left with completely wet hair. Not good enough sorry

Mark and the girls are world class, treated my wife and I like royalty and made us feel very comfortable. Not been in Aus long and have been searching for a real professional stylist just like overseas. Now won’t go anywhere else. Thankyou I will tell everyone now. We love our hair!

By far the best Hairdressers I have ever been too. The owners and staff are stuff lovely people and they do such a great job and really look out for you and listen to what it is your after. Highly recommend Atherton Hairdressers.

I cannot begin to express how horrible my experience was with Mark at The Atherton Hairdressers. The guy is an arrogant and cocky individual and a very poor, unprofessional hairdresser. I never complain about anything but people need to be warned about this place.A few months ago, I paid a lot of money to get my hair from dark brown to light blonde and I loved the colour (pictures attached). I came in to the Atherton Hairdressers simply asking for him to do my re-growth so that the blonde blended more naturally into my light brown roots. I showed him several pictures of what I was hoping for and he was very confident that the look I showed him was achievable and “would not take long at all” because he would just choose a colour in between my blonde and natural brown to help blend it through. He also specifically said that the rest of my hair was blonde enough so he wouldn’t add any colour to it. So he did the colour and a simple style cut that took less than 10minutes....I walk out with unmistakably DARK GREY HAIR from roots to ends and am asked to hand over THREE HUNDRED AND FIFFY DOLLARS! And just to be clear, I was asked to pay BEFORE the colour was complete so I had no idea what it was going to look like. I nearly died when he told me the price but I paid it, thinking my hair must be AMAZING! I got home from the salon and just cried my eyes out. I felt too intimated to complain on the spot but mustered up the courage to go back the next day. Mark was so rude and condescending, saying “nope, I don’t to refunds, I fix things, sit down”. I didn’t want this man touching my hair again, I wanted my money back and to get the hell out of there. After bringing me to tears infront of other customers, he finally refunded me my money and I left. All I can say is DO NOT GO HERE for colour. Save yourself the rip off and embarrassment and go somewhere else.

Not a bad hair style from a loveky young trainee... gentleman running the store ripped through knots hurt my head & even ripped my earing out & no apology... she was great he was rough & rude.

Wonderful Hair Salon the staff are always very friendly and professional and Dee in my opinion in the best hair stylist in Atherton. Nothing is to much trouble.
