Most disgusting service, the man behind the counter has no idea how to treat customers. Would never go back there again, so much disrespect, and needs a HUGE x 100 COURSE in customer service. Simple question of Do you have passport application forms?" and was yelled at

The man can be very rude. He will yell at you and tell you to take your business elsewhere i made a formal complaint a couple of times about him because of how rude he was and how he spoke to me. Im a kind person who treats people with the respect and dignity they deserve. He speaks very rudely to the nice lady.I wouldn't recommend going there at all I now go to Kallangur Australia post I will never go to Australia post petrie ever again.

Took my return parcel in on Wednesday to be sent to back SYDNEY only to have delivered to me again 2 days later.. good on you guys even has the return slip on it.. maybe check up on your drivers and make sure they’re actually doing their job properly

If you live in Petrie and work 9-5 you'll hate this post office.Seemingly the only one in the area that isn't open for a couple of hours on Saturday or a bit later atleast one day a week.My items regularly sit there for longer than the delivery took until I can take time off work to pick them up.The absolute worst in the area.Theyre also very rude

Not my problem attitude. Terrible service, grumpy and doesn’t open so working people can collect their parcels without taking time off work. One late evening or an hour on Saturday would be appreciated.

The rudest service I have ever encountered. The old man that works there is always rude, and speaks so disrespectfully to the lady who works there. Today for the first time she was rude to me too. She had just been spoken to so harshly by the old guy, and I guess she continued it to the customers. When I said to her there is no need to speak to me like that, she said, “I don’t care, your rude to expect myattention “.I will be driving down the road to Lawton PO from now on. DONT give these guys your money, they are paid for each time you use them. I feel so very sorry for the sad life they must live giving that energy out to the world. I really do.

To the staff of this post office - If you are not happy doing your jobs for goodness sake go and find another job! Customers do not need to be treated rudely, be sent away because there is a line up and you are too stressed to cope. Heaven forbid a customer should actually ask for some customer service! I don't go to the Post Office that much, but this is my local branch and since this appalling treatment has happened three times now I will not be back.

Zero stars for the appalling customer service by Darren. Darren seems to have a thing for humiliating women. Having had chemo I was bald and Darren in front of a full store preceded to tell me I didn’t look like my photo ID and didn’t want to give me my parcels even though I had multiple ID’s and could tell him what was in my parcel. It wasn’t until a man in the store said something that he gave me my package. I have also tried to lodge items for a charity and asked for a receipt to be told it was a waste of money. He continued to refuse to print requested receipts. He then told me to get out of his post office and never come back. I had the parcels thrown across the counter at me. Trust me avoid this psycho at all cost.
