On Tuesday 18th April 2023, I attended an appointment for an ultrasound. The sonographer Steven was very rude to me.Whilst Steven was talking to me, I asked him to speak slowly to me. He said to me, How long have you been in this country for

Omg I went this morning for the abdo ultrasound and on the referral the doctor had not been specific of what needed to be checked. So I rang the medical centre to ask the doctor to fax the proper referral for the abdo. Because the referral had arrived 4 mins late they cancelled my appointment!!! My appointment was for 8:20, she said she would wait until 8:25, the referral was faxed at 8:29 so she cancelled my appointment!!! I was beyond furious. Every time I have gone to that radiology I have been kept waiting well past my appointment time and I have never complained. But they can't wait a few minutes! The receptionist was rude from the time I set in the door, she needs to find a new job, because she clearly hates her job.

Not sure why so many bad reviews…people love a whinge! Steven, Danielle and the lovely ladies behind reception…thank you for making my scans a more comfortable and not so anxious experience :))

Was very disappointed with the staff at marina radiology. During my CT scan I had severe anxiety and pain, so I struggled to stay still while going through the machine, the lady conducting the scan had minimal to no patients.Everyone I spoke to was very short and I did not feel comfortable in the environment at all.Would not recommend.

***updated/edited may 2nd 2022 ***Returned to the clinic for another treatment, and the receptionists on that day were so so lovely!Thank you for making the experience a lovely one.The radiologist was also very kind and she was very professional :)***- April 2022 -To the receptionist at CH - I will only put down your name starting with S -You need to find another job that does not involve customers, let alone face to face, as you lack even the most basic customer service skill..It is very obvious that you do not like your job, but you do not need to take it out on patients.Your attitude and the way you speak to people is disgusting, let alone the way you present your body language ( snatching paper work, rolling your eyes ) towards patients, this needs to be addressed.There were a number of patients in the waiting room and the way you spoke to another patient on arrival was appalling and would of made them feel very embarrassed!There is no need for snark comments and to speak to someone so arrogantly, i am more than certain that there would be many others that could do 100x better in your position.Your manager needs to seriously address this with you, as how any centre could find this kind of behaviour ok, is astonishing.After reading just a handful reviews it seems to be a common occurrence here, with rude, unprofessional behaviour. Management please address this, as patients are obviously there for a medical issue, and some basic compassion and basic customer service still is still needed!

I've been here quite a few times now and every experience has been above and beyond great customer service and patient care. The ladies at reception are always lovely and informative. I had a bit of anxiety when having an ultrasound and both the doctor and the nurse were so caring and reassuring.

What a busy place with such patient, friendly informative staff. Amazing how organised they are to get everyone seen on time. I sat and watched the young lady at the desk Summah time and time again handle rude people without an appointment with a huge smile and calm manner.

Great experience :)On Thursday 6th of October 2022 I visited my GP who referred me to have a Doppler ultrasound. My GP was concerned about the possibly of a DVT. I called Marina at Chelsea Heights. It was well after 4pm. I spoke with one of the receptionists by the name of Ebony. Upon mentioning that I might have a blood she immediately welcomed me to come down, she identified the urgency. I was seen by a lovely sonographer, Steven Pan who promptly carried out an ultrasound & identified a blood clot. I want to express my appreciation of how lovely & accommodating Ebony was from get go & also to say a big thank you to Steven for fitting me despite it being a busy end of day period. Might not seem a big deal to others but it meant a lot to me, so thank you very much. Regards S.D.

I would like to say thank you to one of your radiologists his name is Jay, today was my first time to go for a CT scan with my client and Jay helped to check with her history to avoid unnecessary CT scan that might arranged by mistake. He is careful and professional in his field and very patient to talk to non native English speakers. I am very impressed and appreciated.
