Three months later and we are still waiting for our NBN connection to have the correct speed applied. We have to constantly chase the gentleman who was supposed to be dealing with our issue. When I call his mobile he does not seem to answer it. When we did get in contact he said he opened a ticket to deal with our issue but someone else at the company said it was the wrong ticket so the issue was never dealt with. To his credit he did finally call back and vowed to sort it all out.

A big thank you to Mark from the business center. I went in yesterday resigned to the fact that I needed a new phone and with a little Help from Mark my volume was restored and I walked out grateful that my phone would live a little longer. They have always been fantastic to deal with and I have been going there for many years.
