Fortunately, I had the list of faults given to me by Wyatt Automotive reviewed and checked by another mechanic and TMR before spending more than an inspection fee with Wyatt Auto. Entire list was completely false and did not need actioning. It only needed some adjusting - which I'd originally requested Wyatt Auto to do as part of the scope of works. To make matters worse though, my castellated bearing nuts were over tightened which would lead to bearing failure in the near future.So, I'm only out of pocket an inspection fee. I guess I've saved a couple of thousand by double checking information from Wyatt Auto.It's hard to find a good mechanic - I guess I'll have to keep looking.

Ian and his team are awesome. While waiting for some parts, I had to collect my kids from the Coast and Ian offered me their loan car for the weekend - just in case . . . I was so grateful for the generosity and care for clients. Great service, great staff.

I recommend you were going to mt glorious I’ll find out the best way to go going through Mount Nebo. This is the ideal garage to fuel up nice presentation great food before you take on the trip.

Very convenient place to fuel up, and meet your mates before heading up to Mt Glorious. Coffee not bad either.

Very disappointing. Only 2 weeks ago these guys serviced my old Subaru. They told me there is an oil leak that is expected at this age, not a major concern we just need to keep an eye on it. The same thing I'm told every time I get this car serviced for years now. The car runs fine, never a drop of oil on the garage floor and I've never had to top up the oil level. We also discussed that I'm about to buy a new car and sell this one.I advertised the car and found a buyer who wanted to pick it up this morning so yesterday I took it back to Wyatt Auto for a roadworthy certificate. I was waiting for them all day to call me when the car is ready but they didn't call. From 4pm I called them multiple times but nobody answered their phone. So at around 5pm I got there, hoping it's all good, only to be told that the car failed the test!! No solution offered, no quote for a fix, just casually telling me that the oil leak is a 'safety concern' and cannot pass the test. Really?? So two weeks ago the same leak wasn't a safety concern? First of all a minor oil leak does not make a car unsafe to drive, second, if they believe that it's unsafe, why did they let me drive away in it 2 weeks ago? So it's OK for me to drive an 'unsafe' vehicle but when it's about protecting themselves (licence) then they have to be super thorough...Very unprofessional to not be contacted the whole day they had the car, not be informed of the problem and offered a solution to fix it. Very inconvenient to find out so late in the day, and hypocritical outcome given the recent service and advise re the minor leak.Just another dodgy mechanic to avoid..

My experience with Wyatt auto was terrible. Overcharging on parts and labour. Called up to get my car done and Wyatt were the earliest shop I could get my car in. And now I know exactly why they don’t get many customers. Told me on the phone they should be able to get it done same day for under $300. Got the car back 2 weeks later and it now costing $2600 for just front brakes even tho I supplied all the parts. Wouldn’t recommend unless u don’t mind the cost and time. Mechanics must either have some disability because it took them 11 hours of labour for front brakes

Wyatt's bp The Gap are currently undergoing refurbishment to the shop, pumps and carwash.Service centre still operating for all mechanical, a/c and tyre needs - especially in the lead up to Christmas.Excellent family business, operating in the area for many decades. So many happy clients - myself included! - over the years.Great customer service from all staff - looking forward to the opening and being able to access the great services and products again!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good workmanship but (proactive) communication in relation to what work a vehicle requires and why could be better.

Great service. They fixed a problem caused by another place and six months later still no problems. I recently took it in for a service here and the price was reasonable. They also gave me a $20 car wash voucher and discount on fuel for 3 months.

Friendly service. Only 3 stars as it seemed to take forever (1.5) hours to just get my tires replaced. Maybe a one off, so willing to give them another chance next time
